Flow™ Track Light

plusAll my spots do not work?

Check power breaker.

Check on-off knob on power supply switch.

Check wiring connection in junction box.

plusOne spot does not work?

Check if the bulb is properly installed.

Verify if the bulb is still good.

Check if the adapter is well engaged on the track and the lock device is in lock position.

Check if the adapter's knob is at "ON" position.

plusCan I cut the track to my required dimension?

No. It is not recommended because it might create a short circuit if not done properly.

plusHow many spots can I install on my track?

For one circuit of 15 amp 120V, it is recommended to install a maximum of 22 spots of 50 watts each. We recommend using the services of a qualified electrician.

plusDo you have supports and power supplies that will drop my track lower?

Yes. You can find those in Accessories.

plusCan I have two switches on the track?

No. Unless there is two power supplies repeated by a non-electrical joint

plusWhat kind of dimmer can I use?

For low voltage, max 300 watts per circuit (6 spots @50W).
For line voltage, max 600 watts per circuit (12 spots @50W).

plusCan I use different spots on the same track?

Yes. The beauty of the Flow track system is that it is a line voltage system.
It permits you to use both spots and pendants on the same line.
You could use a mix of low voltage, line voltage spots and pendants or other type of spots if no dimmer is used.

plusWhere do I use a non-electrical track joint?

Non-electrical joints are used when 2 or more circuits are needed in the same track configuration.
If you use two switches, two power supplies are necessary and a non-electrical joint is used to separate the track.

plusWhat is one circuit?

One circuit is one track with one power supply only (usually 15 amp).

plusCan I modify the shape of my track?

Not recommended.

plusIs there a way to shape a track according to my plan?

Yes. It is possible. A drawing with dimensions will be necessary.
